Gomadic did send the correct charger and accessary attachment.By Gary P Walker
Gomadic sent me a car charger made for something else instead of the Kindle 3g/wi-fi.
The charger I received from them has a female end instead of the custom male plug in for the Kindle.

I tried to delete the above post using Amazon's instructions but was unable to find the correct link to do this.
After Texting with a Gomadic Rep I found an attachment to the charger that I had misplaced that was sent with the charger. With this attachment the charger does fit my Kindle.
I apologize to Gomadic. Problem is solved.
